The new Muscle Motion bumper plates have significant improvements over Economy bumper plates.

Features:

• A hard steel insert is locked into the body of the rubber weight plate via reinforcement keys.
• These plates are much thinner than other bulky economy bumpers, this is achieved by introducing a concealed steel core to the rubber plate, allowing more weight to be loaded on the bar.
• The 25kg, 20kg and 15kg plates are a uniform thickness of 65mm.
• International IWF colour coded
