This is a multi functional versatile rack which which will allow you to train safely with free weights. This rack will provide users with a total body workout when utilizing supplementary free weights. This rack should form the basis of your equipment for anyone serious about training or bodybuilding.

A 7ft standard bar or Olympic bar is required for use with this rack.
